Dr. Johny Oxeda is the founder and CEO of Haitian Refugee Community Center. As a former refugee himself he understand the barriers the come with integrating into a new country. He is fueled by a deep sense of compassion and commitment to humanitarian service.
Vinessa Muoghara plays a crucial role in designing and implementing programs that drive the strategic vision of the organization. She focuses on program development, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure seamless operations and impactful outcomes.
In her role as Office Manager, Ste Anne Oxeda manages logistics, handles communication, and strives to create a positive and structured environment for everyone. Ste Anne welcomes the newly arriving Haitians with a smile and compassion.
Our shelter is a big undertaking helping to get immigrants off the street and into safety. Manis support Haitian Refugee Community Center by assuring those in its shelter are loved and cared for.
Rony Gilot is the Finance Director and Operation Manager, responsible for overseeing all financial and operational aspects of the team.
HRCC mission is to assist Haitian Refugees and immigrants in their resettlement journey, We do so by providing education, social support, immigration, economic assistance, and cultural support. Our dedicated team guides individuals towards self-sufficiency and facilitates full integration into American society. Throughout the process, we uphold the dignity of our fellow human beings, recognizing and respecting them as new Americans.
